Blue Classroom & Rosie’s Cottage

The Blue Classroom and Rosie’s Cottage offer meeting space for a business meeting, retreat, book club, or family gathering. Thanks to the ample grounds, folks who like to stretch their legs during a meeting can do just that; a short hike on the trail around the property, enhanced by the sea air, refreshes and inspires.

Fees, Availability & Capacity

50% of the rental fee is required to reserve your date. The rental balance and a refundable $200 security deposit are payable 45 days prior to the event. Overtime charges are $150/hour for Blue Classroom and Rosie’s Cottage.
